14 days to review your first purchase.
We offer a full refund of your first subscription payment if you contact us within 14 calendar days of that payment and have used no more than 10% of each included monthly allowance: detector words and Humanizer requests. This applies once per customer to monthly and annual plans. Free-plan usage before the payment is excluded.
How the 10% limit works.
Both limits must be met. Exactly 10% is eligible; more than 10% of either limit is not. Use is counted across the entire period from first payment to the refund request, even if the monthly allowance resets. Failed or canceled requests are excluded. For an annual plan, eligibility uses one month’s allowance, not twelve months.
| Plan | Detector words | Humanizer requests |
|---|---|---|
| Individual | 30 000 | 4 |
| Professional | 150 000 | 20 |
For monthly and annual subscriptions, these limits refer to one monthly allowance. Usage is counted from the first payment until the refund request, across calendar-month resets. Only successfully completed requests count.
How to request a refund.
Email support@textumi.com from your account address or contact Paddle through paddle.net. Include your account email, transaction reference and payment date; a short explanation helps us resolve the issue. Never send a card number, security code or password. We check eligibility and coordinate the refund with Paddle.
What happens next.
We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle’s policy provides for processing within 14 days of approval, unless applicable law requires another deadline; your bank may take additional time to display the credit. We confirm any cancellation and the date paid access ends.
Renewals and cancellation.
Cancel future renewals from Billing or Paddle support before the next billing date. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Renewals, upgrades and partially used periods are outside our voluntary introductory offer. They may still qualify for a refund under law or Paddle’s policy, including mistaken or duplicate charges. Deleting a draft or closing the browser does not cancel billing.
Statutory rights come first.
The 10% usage threshold and first-payment restriction do not limit mandatory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed services. In the EEA, UK and other eligible jurisdictions, withdrawal rights may apply to digital services, subject to local rules and any valid consent given at checkout. Submit a request even if you do not meet our voluntary offer when you believe such a right applies. Paddle’s policy governs payment processing and its own discretionary decisions.
Account deletion.
Cancellation, refund and data deletion are separate requests. Cancel an active subscription before deleting your account, or contact support so we can coordinate both. A refund may end paid access; it does not automatically delete your saved texts or account.
