Using Textumi.
Textumi is the brand providing AI text detection, rewriting and a personal writing-style feature at textumi.com. These terms cover the service; the Privacy policy explains data handling and the Refund policy explains cancellations and returns. Contact our support team using the details below.
Your account and content.
Use an email you control and keep your login private. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. You retain your rights in submitted content and allow us to process it to deliver and support the requested features. Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not upload sensitive personal information, break the law, impersonate others, bypass limits or interfere with the service.
Review the results.
Detector scores are model signals, not proof of authorship. Rewriting can introduce mistakes and does not guarantee a particular score from any detector. Check facts and follow the disclosure rules applicable to your work. Do not use a score alone to make decisions affecting someone’s education, employment or rights.
Price, renewal and allowances.
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. The checkout shows the price, currency, taxes, billing interval and any trial conditions before you pay. Annual subscriptions are charged for a full year. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month; free daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. Unused allowances do not roll over. Review the plan and correct any selection before confirming payment.
Payments through Paddle.
Orders are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes payments, taxes, billing customer service and returns under its buyer terms and refund policy. Textumi provides the product and technical support. We do not collect full payment-card details. Paid features are activated following payment confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds.
Cancel in Billing or through Paddle support before your next renewal. Scheduled cancellation keeps paid access until the current period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. Our introductory refund covers the first payment within 14 calendar days if no more than 10% of each monthly plan allowance has been used. The Refund policy gives the full conditions and preserves mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and service problems.
We may make reasonable feature changes, perform maintenance or restrict access to prevent abuse. We will give notice of material changes to paid terms before they apply and explain your options. Contact support if the service does not work as described. You may cancel future renewals or request a remedy available under applicable law.
Your legal rights.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law continues to protect you. Purchase disputes are also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
